1. **Process Excellence:** Ensuring all value streams are efficient, error-free, and consistently deliver high quality. This is the [**PDCA**](https://www.o2oh.com/glossary/pdca-cycle) in action.
2. **People Excellence:** Cultivating a mindset of problem-solving and accountability across the organization.
