Lance Pipe
A lance pipe is a steel pipe product, also known as an oxygen blowing pipe, used in processes such as supplying oxygen and carbon to a blast furnace or cutting scrap metal.
Lance pipes come in various specifications depending on their application, such as types with superior durability or those designed to generate higher temperatures. A group company, Daiwa Lance International (DLI), manufactures various lance pipes and exports them from its facility in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to over 50 countries.

-
The most standard lance pipe in the steelmaking industry.
Calorized Lance Pipe (CA Lance)
-
A lance pipe with a calorized treatment applied to its surface.
-
Primarily used in steelmaking processes, such as in an electric furnace, to inject oxygen and carbon.
-
A lance pipe with a wire or small-diameter inner pipe inside a black tube.
-
It promotes the reaction between iron (Fe) and oxygen (O2) by filling the cross-section with wires or a small-diameter pipe, generating ultra-high temperatures.
-
Used for tasks such as cutting metals like scrap metal or cleaning out slag.
